About
With a background spanning early childhood education, classroom teaching, and clinical therapy, I bring a uniquely integrated perspective to the families I serve. I've sat beside children learning to navigate the world, and I've sat beside the adults who love them.
My work is grounded in the belief that healing isn't about fixing what's broken — it's about helping each person, couple, and family system return to their own natural alignment. That process requires safety, honesty, and a therapist willing to be fully present with you.
I bring warmth without softening truth, and structure without rigidity. My clients describe sessions as a place where they can finally breathe.

Services
Each service is offered with the same intention: a space where real change becomes possible through genuine connection and skilled clinical care.
One-on-one support for adults navigating anxiety, relationship patterns, life transitions, trauma, and personal growth.
Structured, compassionate work for partners ready to rebuild trust, improve communication, and rediscover connection.
Whole-system sessions that address relational dynamics, heal ruptures, and strengthen the bonds that hold families together.
Child-centered support for separated or divorcing parents navigating shared custody with greater ease and collaboration.
Facilitated sessions integrating individual and relational work — often used in high-conflict family situations or alongside custody processes.
Thorough, court-admissible evaluations conducted with objectivity, care, and an unwavering focus on the best interests of the child.
Philosophy
Alignment Arising is built on a simple truth: sustainable change happens in the body first. When the nervous system feels safe, the mind opens — and real work becomes possible.
I integrate somatic awareness, mindfulness-informed approaches, and trauma-sensitive practices into every modality I offer. This isn't therapy that pathologizes struggle; it's therapy that recognizes struggle as the doorway to greater alignment.

Custody Evaluations
Custody evaluations are among the most consequential processes a family can navigate. They require a clinician who is simultaneously rigorous and humane — someone who can hold the complexity of family systems while remaining anchored in the best interests of the child.
I conduct thorough evaluations that include forensic interviews, observational assessment, collateral contacts, and records review. Each evaluation is approached with the seriousness it deserves and the care every family has a right to receive.
My background as both a classroom educator and a licensed therapist gives me a distinct ability to assess how children function across environments — and to speak to that with clarity in court-admissible documentation.
"Children deserve a voice in their future. My role is to listen with expertise and speak with integrity."
